It has been a year of wait, the project is finally heading to design development stage. Unlike the first sketch, the design strives for modernity yet subtle. A huge glass facade wraps the building frontage with timber slats softening the hard edge and create a pattern. Pavilions at ground level decorated with colours to illuminate the busy atmosphere and complementing the REdevelopment of city complex. Short time line again, modelled in 3dmax, render mental ray and post image editing in photoshop.
